Complaints & Concerns

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

We hope that you will never have cause to complain, either with regard to your medical treatment or for any other reason. However if such an occasion arises we would hope that an informal discussion with the practice manager would enable any situation to be resolved. 

To pursue a complaint please contact the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information regarding our complaints procedure is available in the leaflets below.

If you are complaining on behalf of a patient or your complaint or inquiry involves the medical care of a patient then the consent of the patient will be required.
